As the Mobile channel increasingly plays an integral role in driving mega-brand growth and innovation, Bath & Body Works seeks a Manager of Mobile Marketing to be responsible for all initiatives to support, manage and grow the mobile channel.

-Manage all aspects of the Bath & Body Works Mobile Commerce site while contributing to the success of mega-brand Mobile initiatives (e.g. Customer-Facing Mobile Applications and Text Marketing).
-Manage Mobile Commerce roadmap in partnership with Mobile Project Manager and business stakeholders, acting as strategic leader across all Mobile projects.
-Maximize Mobile as a way to drive cross-channel traffic and customer engagement.
-Drive growth of the Mobile database through sign-up enhancements, sweepstakes, sharing strategies, as well as a more efficient capture of mobile phone number across channels.
-Maximize mobile to support major brand and loyalty marketing initiatives.
-Develop strategic relationships with key players in the Mobile content ecosystem to proactively explore new business opportunities, pattern the landscape, and prioritize new business plans through ROI & key business metrics.
-Foster partnership and collaboration with cross-channel partners including Store Marketing, Internet Creative Services, Web Ops, Merchandising etc.
-Partner with analytics team to monitor performance, usage and engagement
-Educate and evangelize throughout the organization on emerging trends, new devices and other mobile-related news.

-Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
-6+ years experience in Mobile Marketing field, preferably in the Retail environment
-Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity
-Demonstrated ability to provide analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to senior management on critical decisions
-Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal and external partners
-Ability to accept and initiate change and adjust to a fast paced environment
