We are currently looking for different candidates for management levels within the new Cardiff store. We have roles ranging from Assistant Store Manager both selling and Merchandising, as well as selling management opportunities.

 

Primary Purpose:  The Assistant Store Manager - Merchandising drives sales growth by overseeing the product lifecycle and has a primary duty of management, actively directing and managing direct reports. Assistant Store Manager - Merchandising is also responsible for the overall floorset process to ensure product is available and merchandised on the sales floor in a visually compelling way.

 

Primary Purpose:  The Merchandising Manager drives sales growth by owning and leading the product lifecycle from receipt to merchandising the product on the sales floor for the customer in a visually compelling way. The Merchandising Manager grows and develops the sales, and supports the Generalist Team to deliver individual and team success.

 

Primary Purpose:  The Selling Manager drives sales growth as the leader of customer experience on the sales floor and through growing and developing the selling and sales and support generalist team to deliver individual and team success.

 

Takes responsibility for the following metrics, in addition to performance evaluation criteria and supporting key total store metrics:  
o Category and key item/launch sales percent to plan  
o Conversion  
o Retention  
o Knowledge of sales associates  
o Bras percent to plan  
o Fitting room experience  
o Coupon conversion

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Assists the Store Manager in the overall management of the store

·         Assumes total store leadership in absence of the Store Manager and is a partner in the strategic planning of short and long term goals

·         Leads the sales floor and drives store results through the selling team

·         Leads and develops leaders and associates in various roles and levels including managers and associates

·         Manages competing priorities and business complexities in our higher volume stores, while delivering a memorable customer experience

·         Develops and executes short and long term strategies to drive top line sales

·         Role models, coaches and develops best-in-class selling behaviors

·         Leads and inspires associates to unlock individual potential for extraordinary selling results

·         Accountable for the development of associates' product knowledge which in turn, enables high performance selling

·         Responsible for the talent life cycle of direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planning

·         Leads direct reports to maintain merchandise presentation standards while selling
