The Information Technology Procurement Manager is responsible for ongoing support in planning, organizing and managing the sourcing of IT solutions, whether hardware, telecomm and/or on-premise software, cloud subscriptions and services. This role will also have input into the strategic development and execution of a number of IT sourcing and contracting initiatives related to critical enterprise goals tied to IT solutions.
The IT Procurement Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process associated with IT purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, market research, supplier qualification, negotiations, issue resolution, risk mitigation identification, contract management, supplier engagement, supplier performance score-carding and correlating cost savings, internal/external analysis (i.e. spend, usage, best practices, etc.) and timely contract execution / order placement.
-Negotiate and establish pricing, business terms and conditions on agreements with IT suppliers ensuring timely delivery, risk avoidance, and including service level agreements (SLAs) where applicable
-Develops a high-performing, cross-functional working relationship with the L Brands IT organization and business units to assist in sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, problem resolution and overall vendor performance management
-Ensures requirements-based sourcing methodologies are used for procurement of software, hardware, cloud and IT services, both domestic and international
-Keeps informed of market and industry developments - from D&B or others, supplier surveys, trade journals and SEC research - as they relate to technology services and products required by the company as well as related to sourcing alternatives
-Operates as the stakeholder liaison and partners closely with internal and external legal counsel to assess risk and provision contractual agreements based on business need
-Handle complex and diverse customer, supplier or operational issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
-Perform regular updates on sourcing strategies, cost reduction and project progress
-Support recruiting, training and development of team resources (if applicable). Participate in continuous learning and professional development
-Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills
-Demonstrates the ability to flex engagement style in an effort to deliver information and influence in a humble, yet confident manner to a diverse pool of customers and stakeholders

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field, required
-5-7 total years' experience in functional procurement, sourcing and purchasing
-3 years' of functional Information Technology sourcing experience
-Preferred experience in IT hardware, software, infrastructure procurement or other complimentary IT experience, such as on-premise or cloud subscriptions sales experience
-Preferred experience in retail and/or supply chain omni-channel related purchasing (internet, social and digital, retail stores, etc.)
-Proven ability to negotiate, draft, edit and manage procurement contracts, IT contracting preferred
-Proven ability to establish category strategies as well as supplier development
-Previous experience with managing RFx's via an eSourcing application such as Ariba, Emportis, Coupa, etc.
-Strong PC skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Access would be beneficial.
