To deliver a consistent, positive customer experience in multiple stores, in order to
drive profitable top line sales growth. This will be accomplished by ensuring the following
roles and responsibilities are implemented consistently, with an underlying commitment to
company values, the customer, the associate and excellence in execution.

In a multi-store environment, Area Managers are required to:
o Build Talent:  Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
o Coach, develop and maximize the success of all Store Managers
o Motivate, inspire, and retain associates
o Ensure capability education is delivered

Build Capability:  Analyze the business and create/communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities
o Analyze business, create action plans and gain buy-in with store management
o Manage profit and expenses
o Direct workforce management activities
o Direct merchandise flow activities
o Manage operational execution
o Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followed

Build the Brand:  Build a stores' environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive in-store customer experiences
o Direct a consistent focus on delivering an amazing customer experience
o Ensure visual standards are set in accordance with Company direction
o Direct the implementation of Company selling strategies
o Lead change and innovation
