Build Talent -- Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent
o Coach, develop and maximize the success of all associates
o Maximize sales potential by coaching to associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the backroom
o Support team building activities
o Recruit, hire and staff
o Train associate team
o Retain top talent
Build Capability -- Analyze the business, create and communicate clear action plans that optimize results
and ensure effective execution of all operational activities.

o Execute Workforce Management activities
o Assist in meeting payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus
