OVERVIEW:
The Jr. Business Analyst will coordinate the capture and qualification of technology requests and coordinate the transition of qualified requests to the O&I, finance, and technology delivery teams. The Jr. Business Analyst will rotate across brands and business processes in order develop a broader understanding of end-to-end business process and technology. Provides basic analytical support through process development and iterations. The JR Business Analyst will be engaged with the technology that supports technology request visibility and the brand portfolios.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the capture, document, requests through articulating desired outcome and business case for technology support, identifying duplicative requests to achieve fast, focused and frugal
-Provide data to objectively categorize requests (e.g. criticality, materiality, ROI, etc.); assists in development and creation of basic reporting outlining findings and recommendations based on the data
-Provide support to brand portfolio leads such as ensuring portfolio is up to date and accurate with status of requests being qualified, projects in flight, desired capabilities, communication to brand on project or production issues where relevant, produce reports that provide visibility to portfolio.
-Provide input to continually improve BPM systems, tools, communication, and process to deliver a delightful and simple experience
-Provide administrative, functional, and testing support of the application used by the team
-Assists in supporting day to day work and internal initiatives/priorities
-Interacts with technical and functional resources
-Basic understanding of process

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Comfortable managing evolving business needs. Ability to be agile and shift focus as required
-Self-starter; work independently and as a member of cross functional teams
-Proficiency with analytical and documentation tools is desirable (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc. Visio a plus)
-Bachelors degree and 1-2 years of experience in roles including both business process and technology or retail environment
