The essential job function of the Project Manager is to collaborate with brand and logistics partners to create, implement and execute solutions that improve merchandise inventory levels and flow; including transportation, flow planning, distribution and storage, to domestic and international stores with constrained, or no backrooms. Responsibilities of the role are heavily distorted to the store experience; establishing logistics for merchandise from when it leaves the DC until it is placed on the sales floor.

-Works cross-functionally to develop and implement solutions within the supply chain (includes transportation, flow planning, distribution and storage) to streamline store merchandise flow.
-Understands inventory needs for the store back room and/or off-site storage facilities; uses this knowledge to identify opportunities to drive improved effectiveness and/or financial implications of existing core standard operating procedures.
-Ensures consistent implementation of multiple broad-scoped projects with significant complexity and impact to the store operating model.
-Manages budgets and monitors costs associated with new or revised implemented solutions; communicating results to the brand with recommendations for reductions.
-Provides leadership, and oversight for all medium to large scale project activities, including time line definition, calendar, resource management and risk analysis for multiple projects simultaneously.
-Exhibit and promote a sincere interest in developing and sustaining strong internal and external relationships with supply chain, brand and vendor partners.
-Does not have any direct reports, though may periodically direct the work of Project Coordinator positions as it relates to project work.
-Typically reports to Director, Integrated Stores Solutions.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
-Previous experience with implementing and managing complex, multiple projects simultaneously in a high performing retail environment.
-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels inside and outside the organization.
-Ability to travel 25% of time, domestic and international. Passport required.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Office.
