The Manager, Infrastructure is responsible for developing and leading a high performance team of infrastructure engineers supporting the L-Brands Omni-Channel. As a leader in the infrastructure space, this position is also responsible for architecting and planning the roadmap for infrastructure technologies and executing against the plan.

-Provide world class, 24x7x365 support for Omni-Channel Applications and Services maximizing availability and performance
-Ensure timely resolution of system issues and problems while meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
-Build, direct, and continuously develop a high performance staff of infrastructure engineers.
-Implement and continuously refine operational processes, ensuring a balance between speed, agility, and adherence to policy
-Manage relationships with current key vendors (Technology vendors, Service Providers) as well as lead the evaluation and introduction of new vendors
-Participate in and/or oversee the design of all projects
-Oversee the implementation of all projects, ensuring successful delivery against project timelines and budgets
-Communication with the senior executive teams from the business and technology organizations

-5 -7 years experience managing technology infrastructure in a highly dynamic, marketing-driven, organization.
-Demonstrated success building and managing high performance engineering teams.
-Proven expertise with hardware, UNIX operating systems, application servers and databases
-Experience incorporating open source technologies into a large enterprise.
-Very strong oral and written communication skills. Specifically, the ability to clearly articulate technical information to both highly technical and non-technical audiences, including at the executive level.
-4 year degree in Information Systems or engineering or equivalent work experience

-Ability to work in a very fast-paced, marketing-driven, multi-task environment
-Flexibility is a must to support our customers 24x7x365, where extended hours may be necessary
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to analyze and resolve issues with minimal oversight
