Web Ops Operations Coordinator - Job Description

Customer service responsibilities:
- Oversee customer care center on the following:
o processes
o selling tools
o product knowledge/training
o specific customer complaints and Facebook customer complaints re website issues
o quarterly hindsights
- Partner with internal resources to deliver customer service training 3-4 times per year on site (in coordination with PK video)

DC Fulfillment Operations
- Main liaison for the DC fulfillment operation team
- Communicate marketing calendar and ensure marketing collateral and materials are sent to DC

Site operations
- Liaise with Demandware/Main Street on site operations issues
- Responsible for ensuring content on product pages is accurate
- Ensure accuracy of inventory levels as reported in systems through daily updates of zero inventory reporting and semi-weekly manual transfer updates with HB staff. Compile reporting necessary to update

- Track daily web demand

Other Responsibilities:

- Manage invoices and P&L
- Manage promos
- Manage fraud review
- Manage all internal communications
- Manage UAT Site testing
- Manage ongoing front end/order management issues/releases
- Assist/coordinate site testing (Desktop/mobile) UAT/Production
- Assist with SOPs/process docs related to upcoming enhancements and projects
- Manage/Organize upcoming mailer assets. Work with Lyons to establish timelines. Communicate and manage timeline with HB team. Provide assets to Lyons. Ensure tasks are complete and on schedule.
- Assist with promo setup
- Assist with fraud review
- Assist with internal communication of all web ops initiatives with Marketing and Sr. Management
