Responsible for organizing and maintaining all PINK product samples for Merchants, Marketing/Creative, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations and Stores needs

- Monitor and track all samples within the entire PINK business through available systems and tools (e.g., Live Link)
- Utilize FlexPLM, the Design Decks, Milestone Meeting photos and Protos to identify product coming into the sample room.
- Ability to view style level detail in SAP Style Def tool to validate product accuracy
- Organize, document, pass-off and track marketing selects according to shot list, ensuring sample accuracy for photo shoots or stand-in needs for retouching purposes
- Ensure pro-active cross-functional communication between Merchants, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and PR teams to stay knowledgeable of location/accuracy of samples
- Execute meeting support (sample movement, product set-up) throughout the product development and creative process in order for cross-functional partners to view the customer experience in the following meetings:
- Weekly Monday Merchant Meeting
- Last Look Core / Last Look Reconciliation
- Buy Alignment
- Bi-Weekly Creative Review
- Styling Meeting
- Floorset Walk Throughs
- Other Merchant or Stores driven meetings as needed: brand meeting, hindsight meetings
- Responsible for hanging, tagging and organizing all samples to adhere to the Sample Library standards
- Partner with Business/Design Operations, Merchant and Marketing/Visual teams on continuous process improvements, tools and communication that maximize efficiency in merchandising decisions
- Complete special projects as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of related work experience in internship positions or customer service roles that relate to the areas of merchandising, retail sales or related field experience
- Knowledge of PINK/Victorias Secret product assortment preferred
- Strong understanding of retail operations
- Ability to manage conflict and problem-solve
- Strong communication, follow-up, attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to communicate with people in various business levels
- Demonstrates ability to organize and follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Ability to stretch, bend and lift moderate weight, stand for long periods of time and climb ladders as necessary
- Software and computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, SAP, FlexPLM)
