Reports To: Director, Business Planning & Operations
The Manager, Brand Operation and Integration, is responsible for leading the Digital development and execution of medium to large scale digital, cross-channel and cross-functional projects in support of strategic growth initiatives for Victorias Secret. The Manager will develop, lead and facilitate the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives by translating strategy to execution, enabling brand integration, efficiency and effectiveness to drive results. The Manager maintains responsibility across a broad spectrum of work and projects including process development, organizational design, change management and the management of strategic initiatives.
The role will provide strategic thought partnership to the sponsors and senior executives and department leaders; conducts research, provide insights, advocate solutions and deliver the initiatives goals and objectives. Demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountability, the role will interact with a diverse set of resources across functional boundaries to coach, foster and facilitate collaboration to deliver desired business outcomes with speed and efficiency. The role will champion business analysis to re-engineer new processes as identified while effectively addressing organizational change barriers or roadblocks.
Lead, develop and support Victorias Secret Digital initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and deliver brand, customer, product and channel based growth
Full project management responsibilities including analysis, project planning, scope/definition, risk analysis, resource management, progress and status reporting, meeting facilitation, communication, issue resolution, scheduling and budget tracking
Manage multiple initiatives including, but not limited to, product development, customer experience, marketing, supply chain efficiency and international
Lead presentation development to gain required approval from senior leaders throughout a given project
Support the assessment and incubation of new business opportunities, as appropriate
Provide analytical support, including financial model development, communication of strategic relevance and execution required for potential growth opportunities
Provide strategic thought partnership to functional leaders influence decision making across multiple leadership levels to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of projects
Champion change by challenging the status quo and leading new initiatives; consistently acts as catalyst of change
Train/coach others within the business to increase the strategic thinking capability within the organization
Show consistency amongst principles, values and behaviors and builds trust in acting with integrity
Maintain clear focus on the customer; displays aptitude for continuous improvement in serving internal and external customers
Drive for an open and inclusive environment working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Overcome challenges to drive for results enabling the business to achieve its objectives; convey sense of urgency
Bachelor's degree in business related field; MBA preferred
Experience with a top-tier strategy firm or retail consulting experience a plus
Minimum of 4 -7 years of demonstrated analytical and strategic project experience
Communicates effectively in groups and in one-to-one situations
Strong project and change management skills with proven ability to manage complex business problems and achieve business results while managing/executing against multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strategic thinker, able to contribute to project content as well as provide process leadership
Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects and teams
Ability to effectively translate strategic direction into actionable execution; solution oriented using creative approaches to capitalize on business opportunities and resolve issues
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills; leading through ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills driving decisions at both strategic and tactical levels
Ability to influence and communicate, both written and verbal, at all levels in the organization
PC skills and proficiency with MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and MS Project
