Support business projects by providing technical and analytical support while ensuring compliance in financial accounting and internal control as it relates to sales accounting order management system. Manage project deliverables and timelines and coordinate efforts across multiple departments including Finance, Marketing, LTS, and CCC.
-Represent Finance in testing and implementation of Digital Platform Improvement Cycle Releases as it relates to customer account and checkout modules
-Represent Finance in testing and implementation of Back End Order Management System Improvement Sprints as it relates to sales accounting.
-Understand business processes while providing input in development, testing and implementation of programming changes related to enhancements on the Digital Platform and Back End Order Management System.
-Partner with cross functional teams to strategize and execute testing, influence decision making when resolving defects and defining business and functional requirements.
-Demonstrate understanding of test cycles and validating business requirements to test results.
-Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts. Ensure completeness in validation.
-Formulate, recommend and communicate courses of action to improve internal control procedures based on system analysis.
-Support Sales Audit and Finance on identifying and resolving operational issues within order management system
-Plan, direct and perform audits for primarily the sales order entry system and other business systems as necessary. Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
-Communicate audit results, consequences, and recommendations to operating management and assist in implementation of recommended improvements
-Develop ad-hoc and special purpose analysis and reporting to support the operations management.

-Thorough knowledge of direct order fulfillment operations
-In-depth knowledge of data flows and sources of significant management information
-3-5 years' experience in Accounting or Finance.
-BS/BA Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related degree
-Exceptional knowledge of Access, Excel, Word, Micro-strategy and Financial accounting systems
-Experience in trouble shooting, system testing and end-user support.
-Data gathering in Universal Database, and Micro-strategy environments
-1-3 years operational experience in a Direct to Consumer order management environment a plus.
