-Supports the design and executes the construction phases of a system and/or upgrade project
-Participates in gathering functional requirements
-Takes on leadership/project leadership roles

-Recommend solutions to business partners based on best business practices to recognize benefits

-Provide Functional Specifications to Technical team for any customized developments
-Acts as liaison with business partners for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, solve problems and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
-Provides advanced problem-solving and support for one or more modules
-Deep knowledge and experience in one or more modules and understands the integration with the other modules or applications
-Troubleshoots and provides root-cause analysis
-Identifies proactive ways to improve and/or simplify solutions
-Interacts with business partners (user community)
-Mentors other associates on the team
-Monitors batch schedules
-Participates in on-call support and testing
-4 year degree in Business or business related degree with an emphasis on information systems (either minor or through coursework) or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience
-At least two full life cycle implementations
-Minimum 4 years of business process and configuration experience
-Minimum 5 years SAP production support experience
-Experience supporting the following SAP Modules:
-Knowledge of technical documentation
-Demonstrates leadership capabilities
-Solid understanding of Change Management concepts
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with communicating with different levels of technology and business leadership.
