The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing business partnership and integrated human resources support to the Loss Prevention function, which includes the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Safety Services as well as Home Office and field-based associates located across the U.S., Canada, UK, India, Hong Kong and China. The position is based in Columbus, Ohio and is responsible for driving performance through talent by immersing him/herself into the functional activities and goals of his/her client teams. This role will administer and interpret L Brands policies and programs covering HR strategy delivery, associate relations and the full talent lifecycle in a fast-paced culture. Reports to Sr. Human Resources Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Manager and business leaders to develop and execute talent management strategies for an exempt and non-exempt workforce amidst multiple client functions
Provide coaching and direction regarding associate relations, performance management, change management and associate retention
Lead, coordinate and execute the communication and components of performance management, succession planning, associate development and talent reviews
Understand labor law and lead and conduct objective and confidential internal investigations regarding high-risk workplace issues such as, but not limited to, harassment and discrimination
Provide support to leaders in working through the annual Associate Opinion Survey (AOS) results and corresponding action plans
Support recruiting needs on behalf of the respective client groups in partnership with the dedicated Talent Acquisition team
Lead and support compensation initiatives on behalf of the respective client groups, including the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) and merit process, in partnership with Center Compensation
Interact, influence and present to senior leaders in a collaborative yet impactful manner
Provide ongoing formal and informal coaching to both associates and leaders in a respectful and consultative manner to elevate awareness and impact culture
Provide recommendations and influence regarding organizational structure and design to align with client goals and objectives
Support the evolution and execution of people and/or client-specific learning agendas to drive development, engagement and overall performance
Recommend, develop and maintain function-specific rewards and recognition programs
Run various routine and ad-hoc reports for and maintain data integrity within HR system of record (PeopleSoft) and associate personnel files
Administer all contingent employment processes working within client groups

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications or comparative area of study
3-5+ years in human resources experience
PHR or SPHR certification, a plus
Attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills
Proven relationship-building skills
Proven history in skills supporting team building and professional development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates the ability to coach upward, influence and address complex and uncomfortable issues
Knowledge of basic employment law and application thereof
Strong associate relations experience with both exempt and non-exempt populations
Flexible problem solver
Adaptable champion of change
Ability to analyze business needs and recommend solutions
Demonstrates a sense of urgency in both proactive and reactive execution
Effectively manages multiple projects and competing priorities in fast-paced culture
Demonstrates high integrity and confidentiality
Knowledge of HRMS reporting and data management, a plus (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.)
