TITLE: PINK Sr. Digital Producer

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Sr. Digital Producer leads the creative evolution, technical execution, and maintenance for brand-driven interactive experiences, technology efforts and complex online advertising programs to support PINK Nation, a 12+ MM community of PINK brand loyalists as well as the PINK digital store. Moreover, the Sr. Digital Producer develops detailed project plans and schedules, aligns resources and drives deliverables internally, cross-functionally and with external partners. Identifies dependencies, issues and mitigates risk throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role is accountable for clear and frequent status communication across and upwards within the organization; helps develop and deliver online customer experiences that support brand, merchandising and marketing objectives; and collaborates with partners to develop creative coordination standards, tools and methodology to improve efficiency. Reports to the Manager, PINK Nation Digital Production.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establishes realistic and clear project plans, estimates and timelines for PINK Nation and the PINK Digital Store projects. Identifies technology and design resource requirements and deliverables, and serves as the point of coordination on projects.
- Identify and manage 3rd party vendors to execute vision with fidelity when applicable.
- Responsible for documenting, communicating and maintaining project requirements and backlog.
- Facilitates execution of deliverables among internal, cross-functional and external partners. Adjusts plans based on changing business needs, load-balances schedules and resources accordingly. Facilitates decision making among senior management as needed. Manage initiatives to timeline and budget.
- Frequent communication within the Digital Experience and Coordination Teams as well as Web Operations/I.T., Internet Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, DX, Publishing, brand partners and external vendors. Ability to collaborate and negotiate with this team and to manage overall expectations.
- Leads and participates in meetings internally and cross-functionally. Creates agendas, takes notes and follows-up on action items with appropriate stakeholders. Ensures that such meetings are structured and that the purpose and objectives are clear.
- Possesses a passion for creating interactive experiences that build the brand and meet/exceed financial targets.
- Understands each contributing role within a project. Anticipates and mitigates risks and issues before they occur.
- Insures that creative design/usability accurately reflects project scope and insures optimal usability/customer experience.
- Recommend and intake usability requests to gain insight on initiatives from the customer perspective pre and post launch.
- Monitors progress toward deadlines (tracking and reporting) regularly with stakeholders and the cross-functional team.
- Owns facilitating internal creative reviews and large-scale email distributions. Serves as the point of contact for feedback, and drives to optimal resolution. Follows-up with team members as necessary to `close the loop-.
- Develops and manages the processes for creative production. Leads and actively participates in hindsight meetings and implements opportunities for improvement.
- Own the end-to-end quality assurance of projects.
- Identifies issues pre- and post-launch. Accountable for seeing through to issue resolution. Tests functionality to ensure that applications, features, links and other site functions are performing as designed. Prioritizes defects into release schedules.
- Initiate analytics and test requests, monitor and report on performance.
- Drive enhancement requests based on app analytics.
- Participates in delivery, staging and validation of content.
- Owns project updates through a content management system as well as the creative routing for daily updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Confident leadership skills coupled with a strategic orientation
- Track record of employing best practices to deliver world-class mobile and desktop design, interaction, usability & social experiences
- Experience with managing websites on multiple mobile OS (iOS, Android, Windows)
- Recent interactive development and publication (2+ experiences)
- Experience within the retail landscape preferred
- Thorough knowledge of emerging mobile trends and technologies
- Some knowledge of IA and UX best practices
- Meticulous attention to detail, deadline oriented & works well under pressure
- Skillful in creative problem solving, negotiating and resolving conflict
- Ability to stay organized while prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
- Ability to self-manage with stellar time-management skills
- Ability to work off-hours when necessary to meet deadlines
- Understanding of a brand or ability to learn

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 3-5+ years of web, mobile web and/or mobile app product management experience
- 3-5+ years experience as a Project Manager/Producer (2+ years within the ecommerce space preferred)
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with managing a large, cross-functional internal and external project team
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA and SharePoint
- Experience with Content Management Systems
- Experience with Agile and Lean UX development methodologies, specifically with geographically distributed teams preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Must be able to see and communicate to effectively carry out duties.
- Excellent command of the English language; i.e. grammar, spelling, writing, etc.

LOCATION/TRAVEL: New York based. Overnight travel to Columbus approximately monthly.

Some experience with a major consumer brand (agency experience acceptable)
Experience with managing a large, cross-functional internal and external project team
Some experience proofreading
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience using a Content Management System
Experience with Agile and Lean UX development methodologies, specifically with geographically distributed teams preferred.
