Manager, HR - Victoria's Secret - New York, NY

The Manager of HR at Victoria's Secret will be responsible for the HR Strategy and support to our home office organization. Partner on strategic development and delivery of Human Resources programs, including organization design and development, training, compensation, succession planning and performance management processes. This includes the following activities:


- Assist with determining organizational human resources needs and develop programs and
processes to support the business needs
- Work with senior leadership in managing the talent lifecycle
- Provide change management support
- Coach and influence leaders and associates to enable high performance and engagement
- Leads succession planning and development processes within the team. Works with
leadership to determine talent needs and retention strategies
- Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to recruit and select candidates for the business
- Manage the Enterprise onboarding program and creation of comprehensive onboarding
plans for all new hires in the New York office
- Identify leadership and associate development needs and make necessary
- Administer compensation within predetermined guidelines
- Coordinate and execute annual and mid-year performance review process; ensures development plans are created and executed.
- Provide education around HR processes to leadership
- Assists with all Associate Opinion Survey processes including disseminating results and action planning
- Aligns with leaders on activities to promote a positive culture and engaged associates
- Identify associate relations trends and make appropriate recommendations


- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters in HR preferred
- Seven to ten years - experience in Human Resources; two to three years at the Manager level
- Experience should include all areas of human resources
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Capable of working at a fast pace along with being extremely resourceful
- Ability to translate leadership vision into executable HR strategies and processes
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proven relationship-building skills
