The Enterprise Customer Marketing Customer Data Management team has overall business accountability for Enterprise Customer Data and the Enterprise Customer Data Mart and Supporting tools. This Team is responsible for representing the technical and business needs of customer marketing.
This Manager role manages or supports all customer Data Operations and Customer Data Initiatives.
Customer Data Operations:
Support and Communicate ECM capacity needs (user and systems) with internal & external partners
Serve as point of Contact with technical teams for issues with tools, data or processes
Operational and Functional Subject Matter Expert for retail and direct technical & operational partners
Customer Marketing liaison for Compliance/Privacy initiatives
Manage & monitor system audit processes & reporting, data quality, process execution, periodic system/application updates, data enrichment processes
Manage & monitor CDM inbound/outbound data feeds and data sources
Manage & monitor vendor achievement against SLAs
Adheres to change management process
Provides clear communication for the CDM user community
Provide 24/7 pager support for incident management, resolution & communication (on a rotation basis)
Supports & communicates Database Enhancements
Supports and communicates Process Changes
Ensures Data Integrity
Provides Subject Matter Expertise and functional support for Customer Data Initiatives
Demonstrated management skills, ability to lead and ensure clear direction to direct reports
Very detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills, must be able to translate technical issues into non-technical terms and present to business partners.
Previous retail or direct marketing systems development experience a plus
Experience in development, management and uses of data warehouse
Ability to self- manage and focus on priorities, and on time deliverables
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Understanding of relational databases
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in a query tools (SQL, SAS)
5+ years of experience in management and use of data warehouse
