The Associate Vice President (AVP), Production & Sourcing is responsible for the execution and delivery of Accessories and Gifting (A&G) products in support of Victorias Secret Beauty, Pink and Bath & Body Works. The AVP will be responsible for leading and successfully delivering the strategic initiatives of the team as well as developing and leading all aspects of sourcing initiatives required to supply product in alignment with the Mast business priorities and growth plans. This role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with brand partners and Mast Global.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop short and long-range sourcing plans to support Accessories & Gifting, business strategy and brand growth
-Lead teams to ensure the execution and delivery of goods on-time with a focus on driving execution with speed.
-Lead and influence cross functional teams to prioritize the business critical initiatives for Accessories & Gifting
-Develops a network of vendors across all brands and product categories to support Accessories & Gifting current and future strategic sourcing growth strategies
-Interfaces strategically with our portfolio of vendors to ensure on time, highest quality standards, and best value for product categories
-Identifies risk and opportunities across all categories and with vendors for A&G
-Provide direction and leadership to the brand and Mast partners on capacity commitments while mitigating risk
-Implement speed initiatives and reduce calendar lead time to provide incremental sales and improve margins
-Effectively manage annual sales budget across the teams and deliver budgeted operating income
-Develop relationships with brand senior leadership and provide guidance on how they can leverage each team to provide business solutions
-Lead, develop and motivate a world class global Accessories & Gifting team
-Provide day to day teaching, coaching and feedback
-Establish goals and metrics for direct reports
-Responsible for career development guidance and support
-Responsible for acquiring, developing and retaining talent to drive business results
-Assess talent regularly and actively participates in development strategies to close skill gaps and build bench strength
-Acts as the trusted advisor to all brand and cross-functional teams ; utilizes expertise to provide strategic direction
-Identify and effectively communicates economic trends, along with new products, processes and materials to leadership

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
-Minimum of 10 years- experience in global sourcing with 5 years in the retail industry
-Extensive knowledge and understanding of the supply/vendor base and manufacturing environment
-International sourcing and travel experience
-Ability to accurately anticipate changes and opportunities within the marketplace and business and develop appropriate and effective responses
-Demonstrated experience in bringing flexibility and read and react capability to sourcing processes
-Complete understanding of retail business sourcing, operations and financial metrics
-Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
-Solid communication, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills
-Positive, supportive partner, consistently demonstrating our shared values and high standards
-Communicates a vision of the future to team and the changes required to achieve success
-Able to travel both Domestically and Internationally to support the needs of the business
-Proven success in leadership talent and development
