Manager level role responsible for leading the development, implementation & training of all field educational programs to build talent, skills, and behaviors required to achieve business results and enable our High Performance Selling Culture.

Learning & Development
- Builds the learning agenda for all levels of field associates - identifying training initiatives, skill gaps and developmental needs to drive the brand and stores strategy
- Responsible for the creation, implementation and training of selling behaviors and skills to drive performance and deliver upon HPSC goals
- Develops and maintains onboarding programs and tools for all levels of the field organization and identifies effective implementation approaches
- Creates and delivers facilitation guides for store meetings or other training sessions and train-the-trainer tools to support by RMs, DMs and SMs in training implementation
- Builds strong partnerships with Field Leaders and Human Resources team members to align learning objectives with overall talent strategy
- Applies effective learning design concepts to develop training curriculum and materials across a variety of platforms that appeal to adult learners (ie: e-learning, video, written materials, etc.)
- Partners with the global team on program and tool development to ensure they are able to implement with franchise partners
- Develops training presentations for meetings and/or in support of in-store initiatives and facilitates live trainings when needed
- Gains feedback on tools and processes to measure success of all training programs
- Manages training budget and payroll hours to implement programs

Product & Fashion Knowledge
- Develops and implements product knowledge training tools for ongoing and new product collections, launches and any product tests
- Links selling behaviors to product strategy for in-store launches and events including the collection of best practices and selling strategies from top performing stores and sharing with the rest of chain
- Oversees two-way communication flow between home office and stores in support of all launches, product tests and product introductions
- Builds strong relationships with merchandising , design/tech design, marketing and visual teams to align coordinate delivery of materials and align training needs with product strategies

- 8 to 10 years experience in learning design/training; preferably in a retail environment
- Highly Motivated, Results Oriented, with Strong Organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and creative problem solver
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
- Personal professionalism and sense of accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign and other programs; Light graphic design skills needed
- Prior experience with e-learning platforms preferred

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
